Taking advantage of its physical infrastructure, BelaVista Office also offers the Virtual Office service, suited to the needs of many small companies that don’t have a physical headquarters with the image and level of services of BelaVista Office.
The Virtual Office allows the use of the office center lobby, personal assistance at reception, company domiciliation and the receipt and forwarding of correspondence.
Telephone assistance and access to meeting rooms are also available, if the company so wishes, all at competitive prices.
Meeting rooms
The BelaVista Office spaces are modular and different areas can be hired, with or without furniture, parking and related services, according to the needs of each company.
The contract is for the provision of services for a minimum period of 12 months.
Meeting rooms, on the other hand, can be hired on an hourly basis or in sequences such as full courses and monthly plans.
