Physical Offices

At BelaVista Office you’ll find rooms ranging in size from 10 m2 to 300 m2, storage rooms and warehouses of up to 100 m2, a snack bar area, a large lobby and meeting rooms in a well-decorated building with a modern and comfortable atmosphere. It has a parking area for customers and visitors, set in landscaped surroundings.

The BelaVista Office spaces are modular and different areas can be hired, with or without furniture, parking and related services, according to the needs of each company.

The contract is for the provision of services for a minimum period of 12 months.

Virtual Offices

Taking advantage of its physical infrastructure, BelaVista Office also offers the Virtual Office service, suited to the needs of many small companies that don’t have a physical headquarters with the image and level of services of BelaVista Office.

The Virtual Office allows the use of the office center lobby, personal assistance at reception, company domiciliation and the receipt and forwarding of correspondence.

Telephone assistance and access to meeting rooms are also available, if the company so wishes, all at competitive prices.

Meeting rooms

BelaVista Office has two rooms for meetings or training sessions. The Sintra room can seat up to ten people, while the Auditorium can be set up with tables (max. 30 people) or as an audience (max. 60).

Meeting rooms can be hired by the hour or by the day. You can hire sequences of occupations such as complete courses and monthly plans.

The BelaVista Office project was designed to meet the needs of today’s companies:
